Things are always changing! It's a sign of life! Sometimes it is fun to just do the same things, but most of the time, each day brings new and different joys and challenges.
I had a great day the Saturday everyone was supposed to come over in spite of the disapointment of cancelling the party because of the weather. We went to the movie with Bob and Rose, and out to eat, it was a very relaxing day. When I was getting ready for bed, I felt strange, like someone was about to strangle me. I checked my pulse rate and it was not only racing but very irregular again. I was not happy. In that split second of time.. things changed. Off to the ER we went, by the time I got there my pulse rate was 210. Not good! So to ICU for me for 3 days. The doctor was going to send me home on medication since my heart would not "convert". That's what they call it! I told them my heart was already converted!!! Anyway, I was taking to Becky on the phone and in that split second I was watching the heart monitor go from 180 to 72! I called for the nurse and she told me she was watching it! It was like God himself put his hand on that monitor and said, ok, you've had enough. The nurses about did a dance there in ICU and I about jumped out of my skin!
I got to thinking how excited everyone was to have my heart "convert" back to normal again. And then I thought how happy the angels and Jesus himself is when one of his children's heart "convert" from their sin to trust in Him. Wow, I needed that mental picture to remind me to always be ready to share what God has done for me!
Change is not always bad... but I can always count on my God who never changes!

I am so glad we can count on God never changing! Things around us are always changing and sometimes very uncertain! He is our solid Rock of strength and provision. I'm glad you are on the upswing of getting better! I am praying we are all healthy for the weekend and that the weather is good! Love you!

It's amazing how the things we take for granted (like health) can be easily taken away. However, our God is a God of healing...we've definitely experienced that in our family! Just think, in Heaven you will have a glorified body that will feel no pain, have no heart issues, and will not require insulin injections...hallelujah!
